Yeah, let's stick with E. ;)
Okay, why so against tattoos?

I'm not going to answer that because I don't want to offend anyone.
Well, I have tattoos and I know they are stupid.  You aren't going to offend me.

You were in the Navy (?), that's different.

OK, here goes.
Where I work, I see people who are covered in them.  IMHO, they are trying to be different by getting all these tats, but by doing so, they are only following trends and aren't different at all.
Just my opinion, mind you, and you know what they say about opinions.  ;D

One more thing, most of the people I know who are my age (and have tats) wish they had never got them in the first place.
Again, just my experience talking.

None of mine can be seen when I am in "business attire".  I do not want to be the Illustrated Man.  You are correct, I was in the Navy for a very long time.

that's a valid opinion, i think both of those things happen a lot.

I didn't get mine to impress anybody though, and it's 23 years old and rather than wanting it gone, i want to get it recolored.

tattoos like a lot of things can be addictive though.  I've been jonesing for another one for a long time, just haven't found the right one or the right artist.    My wife has 5 and they're beautiful.

Like I said, i don't want to offend anyone.
If you like them, fine.  They are not for me.
Again just my opinion.  And if everyone liked all the same things, it would be a pretty boring world.  :D

That is certainly the smart approach.
