Marina had a vegetarian meal in her stomach when she was autopsied.See report. CM and co.were mainly vegetarians.Tex had an apartment in the general area.
Tex had been to Hawaii and Marina was going to school there. It was said Tex had met her and she came to CA and looked the Family up.It is said CM tried to get her into the family and 'wanted' her,but she refused.A real no-no.
I saw a copy photo of a black Caddy at Spahns. It belonged to one of the ranch hands.Marina's mother saw such a car the night her daughter vanished. The shouting 'go' and jumped into the black Caddie was probably CM.
I am not focused on this case and this about all I know maybe some other bits/pieces.

Yes,the Hinman case was similar in that some in the Family stayed with him for awhile, but in Marina's case there was lingering but she was tortured and raped.
I am not focused on this case and this about all I know except maybe some other bits/pieces.

This is the third time this year we have been hijacked by visitors from the zodiacmansonconnection. I doubt you will stay long, and I'm not really sure why I am replying you. Probably out of irritation.
But let's see. Marina was a vegetarian. Tex and she had both visited Hawaii. It was said that .. It is said .... And there was a black caddy.
As I said, let's see. Half of the young people in LA were vegetarians in 1969. Lots of people go to Hawaii. Who said/says ? And the black Caddy? Every second car in 1969 was black, and lots of them caddies.
But I shall be polite, and welcome you to the forum, and hope you have a pleasant stay here. I have little doubt it will be short.

Just sayin.
I have been in contact with Dostie and he sent me a chart of what and where things were funky in the readings he got. I wish him well on his endeavors.
I dont think anyone dead is there though, I really dont.

The Church does not own the property across the street from it. They own what was across the street from the Ranch and a parking area that is up the street from the Ranch (Iverson's Rd.?). Where the Movie set was is owned by the State and is a State Park. The Back Ranch is private and there is a baseball field there which probably means the City or County ownes this area with the surrounding areas being in the State Park. I used to go there alot and checked which areas the someone or something had right to kick me out. I contacted the Church first and found out they had lied to me when they told me they owned it.

The area does have natural beauty. The rock formations are pretty unique to Southern CA. That is why the westerns were filmed in that area. There is a creek running down the property. For those of you that don't live in Southern CA, creeks are not every where like in other parts of the country and the State protects these areas. Water is a BIG deal here (not that I agree with the politics behind it). I think maybe the State took it because nobody wanted it? I know the reason why the State aquired the property is written somewhere on the net. No Tin Foil Hat needed.

I grew up in the Valley and used to rent horses at Spahn Ranch. The rock formations are nothing more than granite boulders not to say that it wasn't pretty in it's own way. As for creeks, So Cal had (in the 60's) many areas that had larger creeks and ponds. Many were much prettier than the Ranch. The reason for the westerns being filmed there was because it was only a half an hour to 45 minutes from the studios in the 30's - 50's before the gridlock of the superhighway. It was close, cheap and had everything needed to make a B western. Really had nothing to do with the rock formations.

Also subtract about a million people from the LA area during that era - and add the longevity of the notoriety of the case and you've got even more -
You are a good example Free (by the way a coincidence I live in the area of Lynyrd Skynyrd but do not know anyone in the band - once met the nice keyboardist - name escapes me - Mr. Powell? but that's about it) here you have rented horses at Spahn and my interest rises up - I want to know the vibes you had, what it looked like etc.
I've even heard far-off 'coincidences' like Phil Hartman went to school with Squeaky or someone and i doubt that he even knew her.
Think of the huge amount of people that were 'supposed' to be there that night - even Quincy Jones!
This case certainly has a life of it's own.
But then again, Carl Jung said 'there are no coincidences only significations'.
So, Free - tell us about your vibes and visits to Spahn - enquiring minds want to know...LOL

if you watch some of those B movies, you can sometimes see planes in the sky if you look just at the right moment
I never went out toward spahn, but did drive by cielo when i was about 18 to see the place. man you can get lost easily up there.
did see the gates but they were shut and i was told you could not get in if you requested. dunno who owned the place at that time

Courtney,
I tend to agree with Jung. At the time I was a kid who hated living in the city so every chance I got to get out of there I did. Usually with my Grandparents, they had their favorite haunts all over SoCal and they were never near a city. Spahn seemed at the time a beautiful place. It was a nice place to get away without having to go far from home. All I cared about was the horses and that was my main focus there. I never picked up any vibes other than to become one with my trusty steed. I was so into the horse thing that it never left me. I continued to ride, train and show horses until I was 49. 4 years ago I gave my niece my last horse, a 27 year old Morgan mare. Nothing like passing down an addiction and being the great enabler!! I do remember riding by the boulders where the Lone Ranger and Silver reared up at the beginning of the show, "Hi-o Silver". There were a few actual trails but for the most part they were dirt roads.
Sorry to disappoint you but there were no vibes, didn't see any real weirdness, just other riders on the trails. Now that I think about it I guess some of those riders could have been Family members but no body ever bothered me. Like I said, I had tunnel vision when I got on the horse and wouldn't have noticed anything short of a bombblast.

One thing Sanders always remarks about is "if horses could talk"...
I think my son gave his cat some - she was so strange - for about a year she was trying to fly - I kid you not - like poor Diane Linkletter supposedly felt -
I don't know much about cats - she is our one and only but I know that she acted like she was on a trip. Maybe that's just the way they are - sigh.
