I've never posted on here before, I've watched from afar (brilliant forum by the way) however I don't think anyone has come across this yet, apologies if it has been picked up on already. The Cielo Drive walk through video is somehow back on youtube, i've tried watching it before because I think the house was beautiful and always wanted to see inside but it has always been taken down because of copyright.
I'm not sure how to attach things properly so i'll post the link..
enjoy..

AnnieMay (aka AM),
It is good to have you on board. We look forward to your addition and thoughts on our board. It is customary to but cocktails for the first five members that welcome you, so I shall be looking forward to that.
When life hands you melons, you're probably dyslexic.

Should have read buy, not but. I should never drink so early, but it is Saturday!

I've seen that clip before and it does seem to get taken down every time it's posted. I have no idea why and thanks for the heads-up on it. It's fascinating.

Jeez Jem,
How 'bout a little love? I was the one pushing for the cocktails.

this is also my 1st time posting on this forum.I would just like to say that ive downloaded the Cielo Drive walkthrough and watched it for the first time.To actually see this beautiful house on video has really brought home to me how sad it is that the house is no longer there.I have always been interested in the murders since 1978 especially when i saw the film Helter Skelter on video.i did read the book about 10 years later.I then remember sometime in 1994 reading a very small piece in "The Sun" newspaper about Cielo Drive being knocked down. Now with the kids grown up and generally finding more time for myself ive jumped heavilly into finding out as much as i can about Cielo Drive and the murders.

It was a missed opportunity when they filmed the walkthrough..as you say they spent too much time on the guesthouse..wonder if they or Rudi or infact any of the other owners have any more footage. So yes id love to know were the steps lead to in a few photos it looks like they could lead down a fair way.On watching the walkthrough again the steps seem to come up on a slight bend and come out near the guesthouse..do they lead to the house below or even the street below...i mean whats the point of having them unless they lead somewhere.

Id of liked to have seen climb up the ladders to the loft above the living room and up the stairs to the room above the garage..just hope some more footage appears sometime in the future.
