RODNEY ALCALA HAS BEEN KILLING SINCE THE 70'S AND IS NOW BEHIND BARS-POLICE ARE RELEASING SOME OF THE PHOTOS HE TOOK OF HIS VICTIMS-AND WANT TO KNOW HOW i CAN GET TO SEE IF HE IS RESPOSNSIBLE FOR MY SISTERS DEATH. I HAD NEVER HEARD OF HIM AND HE WAS KILLING FOR A LONG TIME. PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!

Also the OC register. He didnt seem to stick to a type or age...unless he just had random pictures of some people...but they all should mean something to him...some of them appear to be of the same woman...

Cats-none of these were Mona, he still has more pictures I feel it.

This could help with timelines - he was in hiding for 3 or so years after '68, from dartes active and movements seems he could be a possible, but I didn't read whole article. And oddly he connects to TLB via being a student of Romans. I wonder if their common interest in abusing young girls bonded them.

Sorry but it seems he was probably in jail in 75 as from abbove article

I feel like I've had my head in the sand ( or somewhere) --I've never heard of this guy.

You made reference to "Hodel". Is that the Black Dahlia Hodels?

Mona wouldn't Police have included Mona in their cross checking, & possily ruled out. Its horrible to think you must look at other vics perhaps unnecessarily - if they were doing their job they should have done that and kept you in the loop. Do you have a contact there who is asigned her case, if not it would pay to establish one.

Yep its in the link - the Detective who looked in to Alkalas murders is the guy who claimed his Dad to be a serial. I suppose some good came of it if i inspired his son to enter Policing with an insatiable desire to solve stuff.

'Ola Mona's sis, sorry to hear that Mona's missing. (From what city did she go missing if we might ask? Just curious is all...] Edgewise, I would kindly suggest that you get a hold of Orange County Senior Deputy District Attorney Matt Murphy as he is the one that has Prosecuted Alcala.
