Really? Where is that written? Additionally, I do not believe that living a life in privacy is the same as secrecy.

Interesting take, Jesse. Did Lyn 'join' a group, or was she swept up into it, just like so many others get swept into cults? Did Lyn conspire to kill innocent people? I've never seen any evidence of that, and she has certainly never been arraigned for conspiracy to kill. Mind you, she did point a gun at a President, there's no denying that, even if there was no bullet in the chamber.

As for the second part: 'you pretty much cease to have any rights to live in secrecy'; as far as I know if you have served your time and been released then you enjoy the same rights as any other member of society (other than parole conditions if they apply). And why not?

Be that as it may, welcome to the forum.

I dont think so Jem. The first of the rights you do not have, I am sure you might have herd of, but you do not get to
vote. And yes there are other rights you will never get again if a convicted felon. Like working for the government, holding certain occupational licenses and so on.
Swept into it? Really? That is a excuse for someone not standing behind their OWN choices. I do not think anyone put a gun to her head and said you are now part of our family. And yes pointing a gun at the President, regardless on whether you beleive her version of not chambering a round, is a crime and a big one.

Just my opioion there Diligaf, I do not think I said it was the law of the land, thought that is what these boards are
about, different ideas, and maybe thru them we can find the truth. If this is one of those in the click boards, where
no ones idea matters if your not in the click, then I apologise for posting.

No it is not a clique board. It is one where debate is welcome as long as it is civil.
