Is this one of the boys that Debra Tate was supposed to go to Cielo with? Note, he knew Jay Sebring, Col. Paul Tate was very kind to Wayne Malls after his accident, and that he is called Debra's boyfriend. From 1971:

That is interesting, where in the world did you find that? Wasn't Mrs. Tate a beautician or did she just own a beauty salon? I wonder if that was it or at least one of them?

Both Paul and Doris Tate adored Jay Sebring and were always invited to his salon openings etc. Doris did learn to cut hair the "Sebring" way. I read this years ago and just spotted it here. Great find fer sure!
