I was able to learn that Clyda Dulaney's young boys were never questioned by law enforcement after they found the bodies of their mother and great-grandmother. I think that the only way that Nancy Warren's family could have known to sue two men and a woman was because of something that the boys had told them. I spoke to a Mendocino County detective about these cases and he seemed unaware that the family had filed a law suit naming the defendants as they did.
