How sad that a non A-list actor would have to reference the Wooly Hophead just to still sound relevent. For those of you who say I am too harsh, was that sensitive enough?
And why did everyone know that something was "going to happen" because Roman and Sharon were too friendly.... how did it happen to the Labiancas then if that theory is true?
Amazing how these people step in for publicity and also the bunch allegedly there the night of the murders or supposedly dropping in, but had a bad feeling....
I think that very briefly - in the late 1950s when he was on and off screen with Sandra Dee - his star was in the ascendant and (if the expression was used at that time) would have been considered an A-lister. I am just a little ashamed to recall that I used to read Photoplay in those days, and remember reading about him. Jem
"Too Permissive". " A lot of angry people who had been taken off the street and played with by the intellectual set" " You can't flirt with danger. It was dangerous and I could feel it" " Having known the Manson Group" Anybody heard of this Movie Troy is promoting where he plays a Manson type character? Sweet Savious?? (Saviour?) Did VB or any of the defense lawyers or the Police interview him on these goings on at Cielo Drive.
Well, he was pretty cute back in the day, got to give him that. I still can't stop singing that line from "Grease" every time I hear his name. "As for you Troy Donahue, I know what you wanna do" :sorry:
This is where Melly tells all of you that Grease just came in from Netflix into the mailbox. No joke. The step son wanted to watch it.
Okay! They'll be here in July which is the best time to be in Oregon. Our fresh rasp and marion berries will be ripe! Has Melly mentioned she has a Traeger BBQ?? (We're going to Wicked in March! WHEEEE!!) Still haven't received "The Family" from the library. Hotel California is now a "lost" book. I hate when that happens!
