Severed head found by dog walker. Head fell out of a plastic bag :wow: that dog was playing with. They have identified the victim but have not released the name yet. It is getting quite a bit of coverage out here CH, I will keep you updated. On an unrelated story, the LAPD did arrest the latest serial killer down here. His victims were homeless men, he was caught attacking his fifth victim.
The victim has been identified as Hervey Medellin, in his early 60's, a former employee of an airline. They have said they have no suspects yet, nor a motive. The have said he was killed elsewhere, but have not yet found the location.
