    I thought communication between an attorney and client was confidential between them? I wonder what was in that letter..

    I think Keene stepped down or was recused off the TLB, but I wonder if he did the Beausoleil trial?

    Keene made it thru the second Beausoleil trial. Still looking for why he was removed from the TLB trial-in the one article it said he wanted the trials to run at the same time to avoid publicity??? Um...yeah allrighty then. (or he recused himself)

    Then Keene and Baliff Rusty Burrell (sp) went on the be the originals on People's Court...

    Weird but true.

    There are only 2 lawyers and two judges in LA...laughing...was waiting for Daye Shinn to pop up--he seemed to be everywhere. :D
