can anyone tell me when (the date) and how (was this law voted for by the people of california) penal code 3041.7 became law ? thank you.
I'm not sure when it became law, but it was last edited/modified on 15 January 2011. I've found evidence of the code applying to a parole hearing as early as 20 December 1990. Not much help, I'm afraid.
