Manson Family connected to murder of boy in Mohave Desert and Clarence Weigel

The murder of the 20 year old found in the Mohave is a new one to me, as is the murder of Clarence Weigel. Weigel is around the age of Karl Stubbs (also found in http://truthontatelabianca.com/forum/153-possible-manson-related-deaths/ ), and it makes me wonder if these were looked into because they were open, or if they had reason to believe them to be associated. With the boy in the Mohave shot, I wonder if the bullets from him were compared to those found in the victims on Cielo?
