Sorry, I can't seem to get the second part to load So, I typed it (note Jay Sebring's last name was spelled with an X, Xummer in the times article, I've seen it spelled with a K elsewhere. I typed it as it appears in the article)

    Part 2
defendants receive from The Family Jams, Inc.
a corporation newly formed to turn out records of
Manson's musical compositions. Manson has said the
money would be used to defend the murder charges.

Plaintiff's in addition to Sebring's parents, Mr. and
Mrs. Xummer of Detroit, Mich., include Sebring's
estate and his hair grooming products firm.

Specifically asked in the complaint was a recovery of
    $5,000.00 for the hairstylists funeral.

In another development, Tuesday a judge rejected a
motion to dismiss charges against Mrs. Kasabian and
said a date for her trial would set Feb. 9.

Attorney Gary Fleischman argued that Mrs. Kasabian,
blonde and pregnant, accompanied Manson and the
other accused to Miss Tate's rented Benedict Canyon
estate only out of fear for herself and the safety of her
    2 year old daughter.

However, Superior Court Judge Malcolm M Lucas
said grand jury testimony indicated Mrs. Kasabian
went to the Tate home with the alleged killers, later
disposed of clothing and weapons used by them, then
went outwith them again the following night, when
    the La Biancas were slain
  3. I forgot that Linda was pregnant after the murders. So Linda had at least two kids Tanya and this other kid. Can anyone help with some more info on this baby.

I never heard about this before. I assumed she walked away with immunity granted by the DA. What happened during the trial or was there a trial at all?
