He passed away at age 70--on Aug. 9th. It's sort of an odd coincidence considering he played Vincent Bugliosi in the original "Helter Skelter" film.
I always wondered what happened to him, I liked him too. He did a great job portraying the Bug. I wonder why he wasn't in more movies. The few I did see him in he was always playing a cop. The death date is quite ironic, RIP Mr DiCenzo.
I thought he was hilarious as Marty McFly's granddad in "Back to the Future". Maybe he was doing 'theatah' aka theatre and that's why we didn't see him in too many movies?
He did a great job, didn't he? They looked alike, which helped, but he really had VB's mannerisms and speech down. I remember him being mildly offended at someone for mispronouncing his name: "Excuse me, it's Bool-yo-see, not Boo-glee-o-see...The 'g' is soft...Bugliosi."
Know it sounds weird, but check "findagrave". They have ALL sorts of people and if the forum knows where they are buried, it will tell you. I find out all sorts of info about people I didn't even know died on there.
