Forty one years ago, Gary's life was cut short. A day his family and friends will never forget. Gary was a son, brother, friend and most of all a caring person who would do anything for anybody. He always took the time to talk with others and helped them when needed.

Gary enjoyed music, dance & teaching piano. I am sure he would of made a positive impact on society, either in music or social service. Gary really loved kids, and would of made a wonderful father if he ever had a chance to have them.

He also put a lot of trust in people and a value in friendship and that is what cost him his life. Over the years it seems Bobby and Bruce forgot about him and put themselves first. And I think its time that they need to reflect on his life and see how important he was to his family and friends. And that is why Bruce's statement was posted. (CAT NOTE: In another thread, a brief statement from Bruce on Gary's murder, written to this person)

Bobby states that he is a victim he is not. Gary was the victim. He lost his life at an early age and never had a chance to accomplish what his killers have.

We are the ones that are devastated. We lost someone we really cared about and Bobby and Bruce are lucky they got to know someone like Gary. Someone who put others first and not themselves.

Gary is in the back, his wife Gloria is the one with the dark hair:
