At first I didn't believe that incident occurred, but given that she was probably starting to feel the effects of what she'd taken, I guess it wouldn't seem that unrealistic. It is creepy though to think about it. It's a shame, Jay and Abigail never thought to overpower Susan and Patricia straight away. If only, eh?

What had she taken? I know what you mean about them not trying to overtake Susan. But, they had no idea what was waiting for them in the living room. Jay was kind of a small guy anyway, right? I think that he and Susan were about the same height at around 5'7".

I think that was their best chance at surviving had Jay took Susan down. Jay had trained with Bruce Lee and also Ed Parker if I am correct. So, he had some hand to hand defense training.

It's easy to say what we would have done had it been us. I trained for 6 years in Martial arts and if a small woman walks into my room with a knife, all I'll say is, that I like my chances.

I'm sure that once Jay arrived in the living room, he regretted not doing something in the bedroom. 

She had taken a large amount of MDA according to ther autopsy report.

Maybe I misread her autopsy report? Seems all the drugs that were tested for, were "absent?" I'll take another look.

I thought it was common knowlegde that she's taken something.

Yeah, according to the autopsy report posted for her here, the drugs they tested for, there was none in her system.

Although coroners found a large amount of the drug MDA in her system, they reached the conclusion that she was fully aware of what was happening when the attack occurred.

Interesting. Where did you find this? MDA contains amphetamine (one of the drugs tested for in the autopsy report) and the presence of amphetamine came back negative. Again, I'm going by the report posted on this site.

It is in the autopsy report; 2.4mg % MDA. It is listed under Amphetamine/methedrine absent.

I would say that 2.4 mg is a small amount. Look at it this way, the smallest Aspirin, Advil, Ibuprofin you can take is, I believe, 100 mg per tablet. I have Ibuprofin at the moment and they are 200 mg per tablet. When I have a headache, I take two of them or 400 mg.

I always figured she just thought Susan was a friend of someone else's in the house.

LOL Don't worry Britt, there's just too much info out there that merges with fact/fiction.

There's also rumors that she was smoking something and half a joint was found on the night stand next to her bed.

While I couldn't find a lot in the way as to how many MG is in a line (most likely the way Gibby ingested it) of MDA, I did find that in an average line of cocaine, there is about 20 mg of the drug. The average line described here is " about 0.3 cm wide by 2.5 cm long, on a smooth surface." So, if this is a fair comparison, I would say that 2.4 mg would def be a trace amount. Wouldn't bother her in her attempt to read the book. Here is the link I referenced.

I believe they found capsules. Most of the drugs were in Gibby and Voytek's bedroom. Some coke was found in Jay's car.

I have never heard of anybody snorting a small line of coke. Especially, if they had money.
Not that I know what I'm talking about.
